With your rank of 140 in TS PGECET for Electronics and Communication Engineering you will be able to get seat in one of the lower colleges affiliated to Osmania or any other private college. If you had gotten a rank below 70 then you could have got admission in Osmania University or JNTU Hyderabad. Please participate in the counselling and hope for the best.
