Dear Sneha,

I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical collge of MBBS OR BDS as tgeir cut off for state quota obc is minimum 450 marks and 420 marks in any state.142 marks are just above the neet 2019 qualifying marks.Alos as compared to neet 2018 cut off will go high because more students have scored marks which can be estimated when marks and ranks are compared from previous year.

You have have some chance in BAMS or BHMS in you state quota since yiu belong to obcbut that again dependa on how many student from yor state in obc are applying for BAMS or BHMS.All the best for your counselling!!
