sir i got 142 rank in ap pgecet 2019,in civil paper,i am belongs to BC-B female,there may be any chance of getting seat in universities?

Mention your rank with this rank yes you can get good colleges but it is little bit hard to get colleges like AU ,jntuk ..
And also as you mention your category with your category you may some chances to get if you wait for last round of counselling.
