You should score at least 50% in PCM/PBM/ PM +technical subjects together if you belong to open category or at least 45% if you belong to the reserved category.
I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs of all the rounds of CAP Process on the following link.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General, Ladies, PWD, TFWS), category and also according to the home or other than home university.
Already 2 rounds are over. Now you can have a look at current vacant seats if any for your desired college and hence know the chances of getting it or else to wait for a vacancy to be declared for the third round
