sir i got 14986 rank in ts eamcet from sc category do I get agbsc free seat

As you have mentioned that you have got 14k rank in ts eamcet and taking into consideration that you belong to oc category and considering your bipc. But it's a bit difficult to predict what would be the exact situation.
