The cut off varies each year and it mainly depends on various factors like the level of the paper, number of candidates etc as decided by the board.

Maharashtra will release the NTSE Maharashtra cut off for stage 1 along with the result in the third week of March 2019. The NTSE 2019 cut off for stage 1 is the minimum score that the candidates need to secure in order to qualify for the second stage of NTSE.
