sir, i got 1517 rank in tspgcet in ece st category will i get seat in jntuh and ou in mtech Or not plzz tell me sir

Hello student,
Even after securing this rank in ST category, you will not get a seat in JNTU or OU for M.Tech in Electronics and communication engineering. These are top institutes and most of tge seats are filled through gate. Hence chances of getting a seat through pgecet is difficult.
