These closing ranks were for BC-E (Boys) category, so you can get a clear idea.

In 2018, after the last round-

Closing Rank (JNTU Anantapur) - 4,969

Closing Rank (JNTU Pulivendula) - 28,814

You can definitely get ECE in JNTU Pulivendula after the last round.
