Hope you are well. Congratulations on scoring good in JEE mains. Now,  coming to the point,  the number of seats in NITs for B.Arch is less than that for B.Tech,  at a rank of 17k,  your chances of getting a seat in NIT is quite low. But still,  there are some good private colleges,  you can look out for them.
