Sorry to say but with these marks you wouldn't be able to get admission into any of the government college as for that you need a rank below 2k and forget government you wouldn't be able to get the top private college of upsee and I fear you have to settle for some average private college So I would suggest you to either appear next time with better preparation or to look for other private colleges.
