With 200 marks ,belonging to St category, 40% is cut off score according to last year.

Most probably you will not be eligible ,if cut off is 40% . But still don't loose hope .

Yes you are eligible for counselling, But the probability of getting mbbs seat is very very less....Rest depends on your state rank, seat available in your state etc..
