I'm sorry to say that 200 marks in NEET examination is quite a low score. It surely won't fetch you any government medical college.
If you come from a middle class family then buying a seat in management quota will be quite straining on your family.
I suggest it is best for you to work hard now and appear for the NEET examination next year so that you can flourish with great colours.
Else you can always choose to change your branch.
Hope this helps.
hey dear, seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were confused about their college. So, with these marks a very reputed goverment college is impossible to get,but you may try for average ranked bams colleges in karnataka you would have some chances over there.Otherwise go for private colleges through management quota or donation.
As you mentioned with 200 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college anywhere are negligible. As your marks are too low you might not even get some private medical college.
I suggest you to go for some other course or prepare for NEET next year.
Or you can go for management quota seats in private colleges but fees would be more than 40 lakhs for it.
However cutoffs change every year depending upon level of toughness of exam. So hope for the best and follow the counselling process.

Hello aspirant!
I am sorry to tell you but with 200 marks in NEET UG 2019, I don't think you will be able to get any government or private college even if you belong to SCR category. I advice you to drop this year if you're determined to get a seat and appear in the examination again next year. I hope this information was helpful!
I wish you all the very best!
