Based on your rank you will be called either for the first or second round of counselling. If you get a chance to go in first,  then surely you can get the branch with specialisation of your choice. But, if you are called in the second round, Your admission in CSE branch depends upon the seats left . Nevertheless, you can go for the other branches too .So hope for the best.

This is quite good rank . According to the closing rank for CSE in VIT , main campus of previous years you will definitely get CSE in main campus of VIT . So ,hope this year cut off rank wont very too much .Hope for good.All the best!!
