So sorry for you my friend but looking at the competition going on it's a straight and a clear cut no..I know it sounds harsh and rude but giving you any false promise would neither help you nor me.

Those who got 485–490 even they are struggling in the all India quota's counselling to get a seat for themselves so, for you at this score you already know your fate by now. Don't even think about the private colleges as the minimum tuition fees is somewhere around 50–60 lakhs. If you that much financially sound then you can go for private university.
