Sir i got 21(sc) marks in GATE and gate score is 266 civil engineering, can i get ou or jntu in pgcet counselling through gate ?

As per your marks and category you can definitely get JNTU as the cut off for CE last year was 17.9.
Counselling dates would probably in the month of july.
