Sir I got 235 marks in neet 2018 and belongs to obc category. Can I get mbbs seat in merit in kerala or tamil nadu

According to your marks and based on the previous year cutoff for Kerala and tamil nadu, you have less chances for admission under 15% AIQ and also under state quota.
You may try for admission to private colleges.
