236 marks are too low to fetch you a seat , even if you belong to ST category ,

But don't loose hope as the cutoffs changes every year , so try your luck and attend every phase of counselling ,

As you have not mentioned your domicile, generally for ST candidates marks be more than 350 to get seat in a reputed college ,
