You need to get atleast below 10k rank to get seat in pharm d if your oc category.

The last year cut offs for some of good colleges in pharm d are

The above cut offs are of last year and are subject to change depending on difficulty of paper and number of students who opted the respective college.

looking at the previous year cutoff trends of this exam it will be quite difficult for you to get a seat with this rank. It completely depends on availability of seats. I suggest you stay till second third round of counselling. You can also look out for colleges and courses that give merit based admissions and not based on this entrance exam.

You have scored a very high rank in TS EAMCET. At such a high rank, there is no way that you can be part of any of the good Institutes of the state including the government institutes. The public/government institutes of the state provide admission to students with a much better rank than yours. It is so because the number of seats for pharma D in such Institutes are extremely limited. The number of seats are so limited that it pales in comparison to the number of applicants. To be part of such Institutes, you need to secure a general rank within 3500. Although you have sort of reservation, still you need a very good quota rank to backup your contention  for a seat in a government Institute.

At this point of time, the best option for you is to look for some good private institutes of the state that provide admission to students of your rank.
