Hi, with 219 marks it will be a little difficult for you to get a medical seat through All India Quota or State Quota, but you can definitely get Management seat in any private college by paying the donation money. In the merit list a candidate with score above 500 is able to get into top govt. medical colleges. You can also get admission in semi government seats in private colleges. The cut offs for private seats are generall lower than semi govt. seats. But the cut offs change every year depending on the difficulty level of the test, no. of applicants, results, no. of seats available etc. It will be little difficult to provide you with a list of colleges as you haven't mention the state you prefer, so please refer to the link below or let us know the states that you prefer and I would suggest you to use the NEET college prdeictor.
