for your rank you have less chances to get CSE at VIT University vellore campus! But you may get Bio Technology at Vellore campus!

You can get ECE, ECM, or EEE at chennai campus. In vellore, you can only get civil, or mechanical, if you are lucky. You can also apply for branch upgradation in 2nd year if you have a good GPA
