This year ranks went down way lower than in comparison to previous years. Based on your scores its very difficult to get a convener seat in telangana. I would suggest you to look from other courses you might be interested in.

If you really want a medical seat , give yourself one more year and work very hard and grab your seat.

If I consider the previous year data .Then you have very less chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in telangana through state quota .

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
