No. With this marks you won't be able to get admission in any government colleges be it medical or dental. As because this year's cut off marks are higher than previous years, so even if you have a reservation, you won't get anywhere in a government college. You can try for private colleges or management quota seats, or for other courses like BAMS, BHMS etc. But for these courses also, getting a government college would be almost impossible. Just don't lose hope and wait for the second and third counselling results as well.
