Hope you are doing well. It is difficult for you to get government seat for mbbs in 85% state quota as well as in all India quota. Your AIQ rank should be around 1.2 - 1.5 lakh to get government seat.
For qualifying in NEET, students must have toscore minimum of 50 percentile for UR and 40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC category.
And to get admission in the Good Private Medical college you must score at least 350 marks in NEET UG 2021.

You have extremely low chances to secure a seat with these marks irrespective of your domicile or not. However, you can try to opt for deemed universities for AYUSH courses or any other paramedical courses. Else try taking a drop instead. You can also try the NEET College Predictor Tool for more accuracy.
Wishing you all the best
Honestly considering dear with 271 marks in NEET UG 2021 it is very difficult to get Government colleges through state quota. But since you are a candidate of SC Category and you are opting for Colleges in Kerala, you can try for BDS Colleges. Though most probably you need to wait till the mop up round and observe the vacant seat matrix. With this marks, predict your best possible options by using our NEET UG college predictor
