It is very unlikely for a student with a gerenal category rank above one thousand or more to get admission in any course in Banaras Hindu University.
A general female category rank of 833 might have a very low chance of getting a college under Banaras Hindu University.
The OBC category rank of 287 might increases your chances of getting a seat in BHU but that too very little.
It is advisable for you to look for other universities as well.
