Hello,

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 278 marks which is not that good score to get into a government medical college for BHMS or BAMS. But as you have ews reservation and you fall under ews category, so looking this you might have 10% reservation quota seats in Telangana.

Therefore, you have a positive side that you fall under ews category, because of which you have good chances to get a government seat for BHMS or BAMS.

So, relax and just go for it!!!!!
