Chances are less for government medical college. But you can get a seat in private medical college under management quota seat.

However nothing can be said with absolute certainty until the counselling procedure to complete.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.
