Sir I got 283820 can I get MBBS in India my category sc if I can please give a list of colleges

Even tough you've the benefit of sc reservation as your rank is too high, there's no possibility for admission in government medical colleges and hence you will have to try for private medical colleges. The counselling if which will be done by MCC.

With your rank and score, unfortunately it is not possible to get MBBS in a government college, but you can try in private colleges if possible. Here are links to the various private and deemed medical colleges in India:
