You have got low rank in comedk so getting CSE in top colleges. Though you gmhave chances of getting good colleges like

1. Nitte meenakshi institute of technology Bangalore

2. Dayanada Sagar institute of technology Bangalore

3. Acharya institute of technology Bangalore

Getting CSE is tough as cutoff are high.
