As you have scored 2nd rank in BHU PET, there is no doubt that you won't be getting admission into BHU campus as there is only one candidate above you in general category.
The hostels are allotted on the basis of marks scored in entrance, and with such good marks, you can easily get a hostel within the BHU campus.
