Since this year cutoffs have gone high, the chances of getting admission in government medical college is very low. In first round of counseling itself , the cutoff was 599 for general category, so you can analyse the situation.

Since you are from defence background you can look admission in colleges like ACDS in hydrabad and army college of medical science , new delhi . Participate in counseling and try your luck.
