Sir i got 30533 general merit rank this year and 2049 sc rank ,do i have any chance to get in jadavpur university.PLEASE TELL ME

YES, you can get Jadavpur University, Kolkata based on your SC category rank i.e. 2049.
Based on the last three-year cutoffs, here is a list of branches you can get-
1. CSE (After Round 3 or Round 4)
2. Electrical Engineering (After Round 1)
3. ECE (After Round 1 or Round 2)
4. IT (After Round 1)
5. Mechanical (After Round 1)

Abdulla Ahmed sir, are u sure about this because I knew wbjee counselling takes place through GMR of a particular category (like sc,st) and not individual sc rank.Am I right ???plz say

SORRY, my mistake.
Actually, WBJEE Merit list includes your GMR as well as your separate category rank.
But, WBJEE counselling is only done through your GMR rank.
