Based on your score and the previous year cutoffs you have chances to get a seat in private dental colleges but not in government dental colleges because the minimum score needed to get a seat in government dental colleges is 550 and your score is much less than that.
I could tell you the name of the private medical colleges where you can expect a seat but you have not mentioned your quota as different colleges of different states have different cutoffs for state and Central counselling.

Sorry but with this score your chances of getting a govt medical college is moderate to low. The competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to be on the safer side of securing a seat in govt medical colleges. However you can get a private bds medical college easily based upon your scores
