Hello Amit Tiwari.

I would like to inform you that with above mentioned scores , even if you qualify wbjee you wont be eligible for counselling , let alone Jadavpur University. The criteria is the every student must have have 40 percent marks in Physics , Chemistry , Maths , and English.

Hello dear student,

Greetings,

: General category candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% and reserved category candidates should have scored 40% in the above three subjects taken together to be eligible for WBJEE 2019. All candidates are required to have qualified English in 10+2 with at least 30% marks. The board of the qualifying examination must be recognized by Central and State government concerned.

with your marks, you are eligible for wbjee and thus if you clear wbjee , you are eligible for Jadavpur university.

Good luck.
