Hi Karuna,
according to this year's current cutoffs and trends with your current rank it seems that getting a seat in any government NLU or college is quite difficult though some private law schools may accept your application. The best advice would be to take a drop and prepare better for CLAT-2020 for making your approach strong for a NLU or govt law college
