Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score a minimum of 450 marks to get into any esic government medical college in India via the all India quota counselling if you belong to general category.
I'm sorry but if you belong to general category then you may not have chances of getting a government medical college. But if you belong to some reserved category then let me know. And also mention your domicile so that you could know about your chances via the state quota counselling.
