I am sorry to tell you that you will not be able to get the ECE branch in any Government College of Andhra Pradesh through your rank i.e. 33,000.

The reason I say that is because of previous year cutoffs.

If you look at the cutoffs, you will see that you will have to secure a rank below 20,000 , if you belong to the OC category, to stand a chance to get ECE in a Government College.
