With 34k rank and being a SC candidate, chances are very high that you would be able to get good branches in a good government college.

If you are a Delhi candidate, then you can get CSE/IT at DTU and NSUT as well.

I can not say so for NITs because you won't be able to get creamy branches at top NITs or IIITs but you can definitely make it to the top branches of any good engineering college.

However, with a SC category rank of 34000, its seems difficult to get any NIT as it is a bit more for it. Worry not, you can get other colleges.
