Hi Abdul,
As you belongs to obc category so its quite difficult for you to get a mbbs seat in govt.medical colleges especially in 1st counselling.
So i will suggest you to also try in private medical colleges, but the fee structures of private colleges it quite high.
And, if we talk about the fee relaxations then candidates of obc category gets about 7-15% of fees relaxation in general cases.
But, if you scored above 75%in your 12th standard from m.p.board or above 85% from cbse board and had a domicile of m.p. then you can easily get 100% fee relaxation or you can say a free seat for mbbs in both govt.or private medical colleges.
Also, try for states like tamil nadu, bihar, chandigarh,etc;where the fee for mbbs in bit less.

You have got low marks so you have very less chances of getting a government medical College in AIQ as you have not mentioned your state.
