Sir I got 3449 rank in ipu in general category.I am from outside Delhi region.Which college should i get & what is the admission procedure?

You could get BVP or MSIT but you might have to compromise with the branch.
As for admission procedure, participate in the IPU counselling and just see the list of documents.
