Based on 2018 cut off trends considering your marks it is difficult to get a seat in government college but you may get seat in private dental colleges which are listed below
The cut off marks for SC category in the above mentioned colleges were 345 and 346 respectively.However cut off is subjected to change it may increase of decrease slightly.So hope for the best.

I am sorry but it will be difficult for you to get admission in government colleges for mbbs or BDS seat. Most of the top private colleges have cut off of around 97000-1,00,000 rank.
