No. You will not get admission in any government colleges with mark that low. With the increasing competition and increase in the number of candidates, even for an OBC-NCL, these marks are not enough for you to get admission in any government college.
To secure a seat in any government college with a reservation, minimum marks needed nowadays are around 500+. Since you lagging a way behind those scores you must have to score 200 more marks. However, you can get into private medical colleges but the fee in those colleges will be very high. So if you think you can perform better than this, I suggest you should take a drop year and prepare again for NEET2020.
Try to score above 550 to ensure a seat in top government colleges.
