Congrats On clearing your entrance exam. The rank you have got in the IPU BBA CET is very good. Although getting a college majorly depends on the category you belong to like general, sc, st, obc, etc, it also depends on the region (Delhi, Outside Delhi).

With 3619 you can manage to get into Maharaja Agrasen or Vivekananda Institute Of Professional Studies (VIPS). Make sure to put them on the top of your preferences.

It is also advisable to freeze the college you get in the first round of counselling and wait for the other rounds as well because the chances of getting the desired colleges increases as some of the students withdraw their admission or shift to another university.
