Hi,
You mentioned that got 362 marks in neet and belongs to ews category, looking to these credentials you had less chance to get seat in government colleges for bams course. You can get admission in good private colleges for bams. Also you can try out for government colleges,if cutoff decrease you can get seat.

Greetings Aspirant,
I hope you are doing well. I see that you have scored 362 marks in your neet examination and you belong to EWS category. With the marks scored there are little chances for you to get a government seat for BAMS. BAMS or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery is basically an Ayurveda traditional healing art based undergraduate medical programme in India. BAMS course provides complete knowledge about 'Ashtanga Ayurveda' along with scientific advances in modern medicine along with extensive practical training. The duration of the course is 5.5 years with last 6 months being you're internship.
These are few of the colleges you could apply for BAMS in India.
1. IMS BHU Varanasi- Institute of Medical Science Banaras Hindu University Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
2. State Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
3. Government Ayurved College and Hospital, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
4. Podar Ayurved Medical College, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
5. Government Ayurved College, Nanded Maharashtra.
6. Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Patna, Bihar.
7. Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

All the best, Have a great day ahead!
For bams you need 510+ marks
If your only aim is government colleges then don't go for counselling ,it will waste your time
In my opinion start studying again and give next neet exam and if you don't want to drop then you can get admission through management quota with this marks in private colleges !!!
First register yourself for ayush counselling
Website : aaccc.gov.in
