Based on your marks secured, you have negligible chances of getting a seat in a government MBBS college. Because this year's cut off marks are higher than previous years which makes it difficult even if you are from reserved category. You would require somewhere around 430+ to get a government college for MBBS. You can try for BDS or private colleges.
