Seeing your score and previous year cuttoff of medical college,you seems to have very less chance of getting seat in government medical college with state quota.You need 450+ for government medical college with UR quota.Also chance of getting private medical college with this score seems less.Viait below mention link to know previous year cuttoff of medical college of TN:
