Sir i got 3725 rank and 59marks in cee 2019, i am a sc catageory student, is there any chance of getting admission in any college?

You have good chances of getting a college because the cutoff for CEE 2019 fo SC category is 61 to 57 marks and you have cleared the criteria so go for it.
