sir i got 38 percentile in jamuary mains now i will try to get 99 percentile it is possible

Nothing is impossible dear, it all depends upon the amount of hard work you put for the preparation of JEE mains July session.
To prepare well, Stress more on these important chapters of JEE mains which carry a high weightage which are provided below
MATHEMATICS
PHYSICS:-
CHEMISTRY
Also follow the below mentioned tips:-
Make a time table and try to give at least 8-10 hours to studies and out of that 8 hours you need to devote at least 4 hours in solving numericals and mcqs in your routine
Practice questions:- Practice at least 100 mcqs in each chapter so that you are able to master the concepts and numericals solving skills
Revise :- you should stress on revision as well as syllabus is very wide
Solve previous year question papers and mock test papers ;- You should solve these , it will give you idea of types of questions asked and their difficulty level and will help you a lot.
