Hi aspirant
You can get B.D.S in self financing colleges of Kerala if you have domicile certificate of the state .The cut off of MBBS is too high in government as well as private self financing colleges.
You can apply here:
Pariyaram Dental College, Kannur
Al-Azhar Dental College, Thodupuzha
Annoor Dental College and Hospital, Muvattupuzha
Sree Anjaneya Institute of Dental Sciences, Kozhikode
Mar Baselios Dental College, Thangalam
Pushpagiri College of Dental Sciences, Perumthuruthy

All the best.
You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 381, if your category is general, then it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the self financing medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a minimum score of 481 was required to fetch one a seat in the Karuna medical college, Palakkad in general category under the state quota. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats. However you can go through the following link to know about the cut off's and ranks for the previous years and calculate your chances of selection
