Sorry to say you but in this rank of jee main, you can not get any e national Institute of Technology colleges specially for computer science and Engineering branch.
NITs are the top branches for engineering course in all over India. And in another hand computer science and Engineering also the top department. So you should have a good marks to get chance in NIT. Your rank should be below 20k.
However the cut off trend changes each year. You must should use college predictor to have a better result

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get CSE in any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs and even not only CSE any branch would not be possible in NITs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
