Obviously you can't get the best private medical college In Gujarat at this marks. You can try in Paramukhswami medical college, Adani MC, Bhuj as they had cutoffs around 385 last year. But the cutoffs will be increasing this year. So other options for you are Parul Institute of Medical Science, DEAN MC, Bhavnagar as they usually are expected to have cutoffs around 370 only for this year.
